Buying an iPhone on eBay [first timer]

Hey guys,

This is my first time buying an iPhone from an ebay store so I'm not 100% confident.

I'm currently on a 24 month contract (12 months to go) with Vodafone with an iPhone 5S 16gb.

But with a new job, I'm annoyed with the small capacity of a 16gb. So I'm looking to buy a 5S 64GB.

If I buy the phone in the link above. All I need to do is take out my sim card and put it in the new phone and it will work?

I've also noticed that Kogans listings says this: 'Contract: Without Contract', but the link i've posted doesnt. Does this matter?

Located in Sydney.

Any reply/help is much appreciated.

Assuming it's unlocked, which seems to be according to the listing, just put in your sim and it should work.

OR you can buy mine, im in melbourne, i have 64GB space grey iphone 5s, you can have it for 725 :)
