    We did and after that nothing happen.What should I do next ? Whats form I need to be fill? I paid from my pocket to buy that car, now I need transfer all to my name

      If you are not married then chances are you may need to go into the Roads and Maritime Authority to get your name added to the registration.
      If you are wanting to remove your partner from the registration and to have it only in your name then I believe you will have to pay a transfer fee.

  What state are you in? Should be free (or cheap) to do without a Road Worthy Certificate if its immediate family.

      No discount for transfer between family in NSW…. normal stamp duty and transfer fees apply.

      List the transfer value as $0 to keep stamp duty low.

        Do not list the transfer value as $0, as that will raise red flags for further investigation, list a close but slightly lowered value.

  What state are you in? In qld you can add an additional person and have both names on the title.
