This was the same price last month from PlayAsia when i purchased it but I'm still waiting on delivery. I didnt realise that it was the cheapest price ever hence why i didnt post it here.
To get free shipping, normally if you add another game to your order, it should go over the minimum spend for free delivery, which is what i did when i ordered this. Hope that helps.

Yes that is also possible, but i would rather not waste $2 getting something i don't want, which is why i ended up getting another game, but i do get what you are saying
The question is will they deliver? They did a similar deal that for the most part they never delivered and just refunded weeks later.
@chyawala: I've ordered several games from them over several orders & I've received them every time & never had an issue, so maybe the issues aren't as common but I'm sure sometimes it does happen. My last order has been shipped, just waiting now to receive it
