This morning I called west pac about this offer http://info.westpac.com.au/personal-banking/mobilepayments/o…. but no one from westpac staffs were aware of this offer they had it going for a month. anyways my question to some one who can help me is whether or not I can buy it from websites such as Kogan and unique mobiles. the terms and condition states that no online bidding website but does not solely says online website.
