Hi,
I would like to sell the land I purchased one year ago through some DIY realestate website, purely to save some money. However I have never done this before and would like someone who has the experience to provide me with some feedback. Is it worth doing it? So far, I have found a few websites providing the DIY services. Anyone using these sites before? Your comments or feedback are really appreciated.

I have used property now for two houses now. The main things are get good photos (don't scrimp on this - lucky I have a friend who does house photography professionally) and act professionally - we always dress professionally at open houses, take people's details have a dedicated message bank etc. I like property now because it goes on realestate.com.au which is the site most people look at in our area.
Both houses have been sold for more than the real estate agents quoted and without the cost. You only have to go to an open house to see how pathetic and disinterested most agents are.
