This is just my own experience with Gadgets Boutique.
Bought the iLuv flip case 2 years ago for $6 which was reduced from RRP$20 or 30.
1.the metal logo fall off within a week.
2.the package didnt look like something worth $30RRP.
3.case broken after 7 months.
4.promised refund never arrived,

You wanted a refund WITHOUT sending the item back.
Not denying your right to vote based on your experience, but your request is debateable, which was in fact was debated on Ozb forums.
But vote base on the value of the deal, considering now it's being sold for $3 each delivered.
Anyway, enough said and this will be the only reply to this thread, otherwise it will go on forever, like it did before.
Based on the package, the "iLuv" clip case looks like $6 case in these $2 shop.
almost forgot, iLuv sales department has confirmed, Gadgets Boutique is not on their list, not as what you claimed in your email before.
