I'm trying to get one for my stepdad for Fathers Day. Only that I don't know where to start looking. I would prefer to buy one in store rather than the Internet as it may not arrive on time.
Can anyone give me some places that may sell them? Or maybe a website -maybe they offer express postage?

Myer have them, as well as quality home wares stores, but being in Sydney I couldn't offer advice on what stores are in Adelaide.
Harris Scarfe do some reasonable quality Lead Crystal.
Bohemia Crystal. It's not top notch stuff, but looks and feels good.
You wont find much in the suburban stores though.
Myer/David Jones will stock brands like Krosno. They are middle range price. You should also be able to find them at House.
David Jones have the Krosno Jensen ones one sale at the moment $99 down to $69.

I know nothing about decanters but you can browse the ones at Dan Murphy's on their website, as someone else has mentioned above, before going in store (if that saves you a trip)… might help you get some idea of prices if you've already looked elsewhere.
But yeah.. if it's a gift, you'd wanna avoid the cheapo Bar Station brand they stock (their duck decanter looks more like a rat to me lol). They don't have a great range, it goes from el cheapo to ermagherd-expensive, so I reckon the other commenters are on the money with their suggestions. Depends on your budget though, obviously :)
edit - I assumed you wanted a wine decanter rather than a spirits decanter, but have a feeling you're after one for spirits on second thoughts lol. If so, bypass Dan Murphy's - no spirit decanters in store for sure besides that limited edition Bombay Sapphire one.
Dan Murphys or even Target should have them.
