What is your daily fitness "thing"?

Hi all,

So after reading a good few free e-books (thanks TA) on health and getting fit and that, I came across some simple things to do daily that apparently make a big difference in weight and other fitness factors with the body. For example, I've taken to drinking a spoonful of honey and hot water before sleep as a result of this and was wondering what do other OzBargainers do daily to make their body and mind a better place?! I know this will probably attract a lot of smart replies but looking to hear about some genuine experiences if at all possible! :)

    Not sure the honey before bed will be doing your teeth any good?

    I go to the gym 5 days, diet well (in most cases) and play some form of sport atleast 3 times a week. What good does honey do at night? Just curious.

    I walk to the take-away each day. But I normally catch a taxi back so the food doesn't get cold.
