Was searching around for a good deal on Australian Stock for an iPhone 5s and came across this. Product will initially show as $799 and after applying the Coupon Code in the checkout cart the price will drop to $758. Available in Silver and Space Grey.
Although Grey Imports are a bit cheaper, they wouldn't be covered by Australian Consumer Law (https://www.apple.com/au/legal/statutory-warranty/) and returns can be a hassle at times.

for theold model,
5s is the current model.
and the galaxy S5 has more tech and is newer and is cheaper…
but it can't run iOS…
but it can't run iOS…
That is always a bonus!
That is always a bonus!
unless you want to run iphone apps… then it's a slight liability…
well you can run iOS on android devices..
@storyteller:
You are telling stories…
Oh wait.. you are storyteller…
S5 is cheaper for Aus stock? $859 at same store.
Historically, previous year's model is $150 cheaper than current model.
Mathematically, iPhone depreciates at roughly $150/365 = 41.1c /dayGiven that there are only about 19 days to go for the new model release,
the current value is approximately $799 - $150 x (365-19)/365 = $799 - $142.19 = $656.81
Yeah. I'd hold off for a few more weeks if I were you.
LOL They were $869 at launch…. You'd think they'd be a bit cheaper than this seeing as a new model is 10 days away (I have a 5 and will buy a 6)
How some people can call a one-year old phone sold at $758 a bargain is totally beyond me. My one-year old laptop with a Haswell chip and discrete gfx card cost almost $100 less than that and I am quite certain it'll not be forced into obsolescence like some devices I know… but that's none of my business.
For the love of pizza and all things holy, why can't all phones be priced like Nexus devices?
Stay away from 5S and wait for the coming 6.
I am more interested in the 6L or 7, I mean the 5.5 inch one.

Ok this is gonna sound all fanboi, but over $700 for theold model, when a new one will be announced in weeks, and the galaxy S5 has more tech and is newer and is cheaper… I just don't see why you'd buy a 5s for that sorta money right now…
