I dont have the particular one above but I have a similar cheapo 2 port one with 2a. Can be a tad loose at the cigarette joint but works fine?It was to replace one of those coloured single port ones that worked fine also, just charges slow.
Omission of transient filtering parts, voltage spikes, to name a few. In other words, it might ruin your expensive smartphone and blow your car's 15v fuse. You don't want to spend money replacing your phone right? Then spend a bit more and get a decent product.
No not matter whether you but this or any other reputed brand.. all goes to shenzhen factories :)

Your car will just blow a fuse if something happens. However, your phone will blow up if its hooked up and you get a full 12v into the charging circuit.

I think they have provided solder pads incase someone wants to make a minty boost (https://learn.adafruit.com/assets/5965) sort of thing where you create a different voltage on the data pins to enable full speed charging.
Most devices which are not iCrap should go into full speed charging if you just short the 2 data pins. Apple likes to be 'unique'.

i have one that looks exactly the same as this (forget where i got it from)…no issues with it so far…
i bought this last time for $0.99USD from Tmart. it says USAMS on it but not sure if genuine. however i can confirm that it charges at:
* 1.2A on both ports with my genuine Note 3 micro USB 3 cable (which is what it charges at with the genuine Samsung wall charger btw)
* 1.2A on the ipad port + 900mA on the iphone port with this colour changing LED flat micro USB 2 cable from DX
* 900mA on the ipad port + 850mA on the iphone port with this blue LED flat micro USB 3 cable from DXedit: this is the non-mobile link for OP
I have a cheap car charger (not this one) and it works fine, however it throws out so much radio interference I can't listen to anything on the radio unless I'm really close to the stations transmitter!
Why Oh Why is this a bargain ????
