VAustralia to LA - buy now or wait?

Hi,

I'm after some tickets to LA departing Dec 23rd… do you guys think V Australia will have another $9xx sale anytime soon? I'm wondering if i should risk waiting a bit longer, or buy it now while tickets are available…

    oh i should have mentioned i'm in brisbane… Delta doesn't come here, and United, for some reason, starts at $4,516…

    I ended up getting VAustralia premium economy. When I checked in the lady told me the flight was oversold, and upgraded me to business class. That lie-flat bed really is comfy!
