MSY.com.au sell Mac compatible ram. I've always purchased my Apple ram upgrades from these guys and I've never had any problems! Cheapest price in Australia as well.
Which ram did you purchase? The G.Skill ram?

I just got a RAM upgrade from them recently, came nicely packed and installed perfectly. Came in about two to three weeks.
Or find the exact same chips elsewhere if you need it quicker.
