I am wondering how to obtain a refund.
The item has not been shipped yet.
I called them up. I said that the item was not as described. They said they would not refund as the item had not been shipped.
Anyone with any success?

Sorry, can I ask - how do you know item is not as described if the item has not been shipped and you haven't seen it yet?
