I was thinking about taking a hot air balloon ride and was looking for deals. This group-on deal looked best at this moment:

But after going through their review on trip-advisor, I am a bit confused. A lot of people have had very bad experience with them, specially if they had to rebook due to bad weather. The reviews are sometimes contradictory. For example, a lot of the people said very bad remarks about the pilot, his accent and manners, and some people said completely opposite!! Everyone agreed on the attitude of the office staff though…

My main interest about them is for the money. This is the only deal that I can afford. What do you suggest? Have you had any experience with them?
