How long it takes to get to Brisbane?
I placed my order on August 23 when this post went up, no action on my order since then. Sending an email to support based on the address in the order confirmation I received bounced back as mailbox over quota. Things aren't boding well for this.
Arrived in the end. Genuine Jumbo brand. Communication wasn't great (couldn't send any emails), but at least it arrived.
The cheap Asian imports that make up the majority of your stock cause me to doubt the authenticity of the ugg branded boots you are selling. Can you provide any evidence they're authentic?
Considering you can get genuine ugg branded boots on cotd for the same prices as yours at 50% off and through them I'd feel more comfortable about authenticity and quality… No deal.
