Under $70 (exc shipping) Android phone recommendation pls

Hi guys,

Can someone recommend me an android phone fit the following requirements:

  • Under $70 exclude shipping
  • Can run at least 720p video from youtube (480p if it is not possible for the price range) continuously for hours on end without overheating or bursting into frame.
  • Don't care about if it's prepaid or lock because the kids will just use it as an mini video player (like an iPod Touch). Will root / unlock / etc if needed.
  • Somewhat durable please! I don't want to buy a new one in a few months because the CPU melt after long hour video watching.
  • Local seller if it is possible. I have no problem buying from amazon / dx / tmart if needed.
  • Android 4.1 or higher (will root and flash a better updated room if needed - please recommend rom if that is the case)

TL;DR
Need a durable phone for kids to use or play videos without melting / overheating / exploding. Preferred local but will buy from overseas if needed. Don't care about phone function - won't even use a sim (will root / unlock / etc if needed)
