They may have done a deal with a competitor and agreed not to stock the other one in exchange for cheaper wholesale pricing.
Fair enough if DSE have decided not to stock a particular brand - that is their choice.
It all gets a bit interesting though if one company provides another special pricing for not selling a competitors wares………the ACCC would be very interested in any examples such situations.
I doubt any High Street trader would not be aware of legislation covering such arrangements.
I noticed that the other day when they had a deal going and was looking for a My Passport. They seem to only push one or two brands. Shop elsewhere basically.

Maybe they don't get the markup they want? Or they were getting shafted with warranty issues.
