I have been using this brand creatine all of last year; I have to say it's the most convenient and effective creatine i've used before.

They need no loading, no mixing, and can be taken 30mins before workout - they have a shelf life of 2 years, just keep them in a dark place (in desk draw, pantry etc) and unlike other creatine, IMO you only need 1 tablet per serve.

  Buying anything other than bulk creatine monohydrate is a huge waste of money. There are no studies which suggest that any other forms of creatine are more effective than regular creatine monohydrate. They are purely ways for supplement companies to extort more money from idiots.

  be prepared to wait a while - bodybuilding.com delivery service (the standard cheaper one - which ain't that cheap) takes a while.

  I've ordered 3 or 4 times from them, and the quickest was just over 4 weeks. Preference now is via iHerb or even Vitacost

  more like snake oil, creapure monohydrate is all you need. Come on people, you will be saturated with creatine within a feww weeks on 3 grams a day so it doesn't matter when you take it , and as for absorbed faster .. how much faster 30 seconds instead of 2 minutes or whatever who cares. Anyone who knows anything about creatine knows this. Keep away from these other forms unless you like the flavor.
