DSE dispatched a broken Jawbone UP Fitness Tracker to me

I ordered a medium size Jawbone UP Fitness Tracker but I received a package the day before I left Australia. After I opened the box, I found that the tracker has been swapped to small size and the tracker still cannot be charged. What should I do?
