I'm pretty sure these cards aren't made by the original R4 company. In fact, I don't think the original company even makes the R4 anymore, so these are all clones. The originals don't have SDHC support.

Also, there are newer cards on the market. But these are cheap for what they do.
Agreed - A domain name doesn't make them authentic, much better deals around for knock offs which these clearly are. "We only sell genuine R4 cards, beware of imitations!" a quick look at asiasource turned up several companies that apparently make "Genuine R4 Cards". The warning bells were going off when I saw iphone unlocking.
If the original is gone, what is wrong with the clones ? As long as it works and has the quality build.
Just like saying we are not going to watch Disney cartoons because they are no longer drawn by our beloved Walt Disney himself, even if they have added features like 3D.
However, I agree that there are better cards out there that support firmware upgrade + better features and it is cheaper.
