Clearance items carpet tiles wall paper etc Adelaide

I have not been in Adelaide long, need help to find good bargain on carpet tiles, wall paper and paint etc for my mini DIY project.
There's warehouse clearance prices normally in Sydney and Melbourne, but I have no luck so far sourcing clearance items in Adelaide. I hope someone can point me to the right direction.
