BEST option when purchasing a WIFI-Pocket?!

Looking at purchasing a WIFI-Pocket for the family, as we do do a lot of travelling down the coast. (Phone data tends to get maxed out and struggle to keep under usage until roll-over day)
Just wondering what is the best pocket itself to purchase and what company provides the best service and prices.
Looking at topping it up with a large amount of GB so it will not expire within 30 days but 365.
