Looking for an alternative to Dell U2412M

Hi All,

I have been looking for a monitor that is similar to Dell U2412M. I have found a Samsung monitor which might just do the job…

Does anyone know how is this in comparison to the Dell?

The Dell U2414H posted here https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/156840 is quite similar. The main difference is the ratio is 16:9 instead of 16:10 on the U2412M. However, the other specs only differ slightly.

That samsung one looks good, 5ms compared to dell's 8ms. Honestly, I prefer Dell more - bought mine from dell a week or so ago (U2412M) for $314 which is cheaper than the samsung plus shipping (i think PLS and IPS are quite similar so up to you).

  I was also after u2412m but after my dealing with dell team I decided not to buy anymore dell products.
  
  I have been trying to find reviews of the Samsung monitor but haven't been successful. I could get it for $285@msy and couple other shops.
