    I dont know much about VPN companies. However if you only need a Singapore endpoint for a short period of time (2-3 months?) then maybe get a VPS from DigitalOcean and deploy it in their Singapore location. Run a VPN server on it. USD$5/month, but a referral sign up bonus currently give a new sign up $10 credit.
