You can pickup a 320GB for $99 at Officeworks.

Its not bad for a 250GB Passport, but for an extra $11, you can get a WD Passport 320GB or a Lacie 320GB for $99 from Officeworks, or a WD Elements 320GB for $99 from Harvey Norman.
