  I made a purchase on "Julius Marlow Florence O2 Motion Dress Leather Shoes" three weeks ago and I was disappointed because the heel area was too low and my foot would come out of the shoe every time I took a step (even though the length was right). I submitted an enquiry for a refund and even sent the shoes back. However, I still have not received a refund.

    Best thing to do to work out your size is the following:

    Step 1: Measure your foot from heel to toe (cms)

    Step 2: Refer to the size drop down list, next to each size you will see a cms measurement. This measurement refers to the inner sole length of the shoe.

    Step 3: Compare your measurement to the cms listed next to each size, remember to allow for a additional 0.5 to 1 cm for toe room.

    Step 4: Select an size.
