Hi my question: are all roadside assistance companies in VIC subcontractors of RACV?
As the Allianz service that came with My Honda car was by RACV.
I have some horror story about RACV but that's for another post.
Does RACV have a monopoly in VIC? Services from Budget Direct, AAMI, … are by their own fleet or also RACV subcontractors?

I think just like other insurance companies, things are good until you got problem and want their money. Then thing may get ugly. I will get to that later though.
Budget Direct: Uses ULTRATUNE.. which is their own service
Allianz are their own service but use RACV when they have long delays or after hours.
RACV are very good.. no need to worry about them.
