Hey, so I purchased some Groupon Deal in May sometime, and the conditions stated the voucher was available at lunch til 15th of August. I got an email a few weeks ago about them changing the date til the 1st of August as they are getting rid of lunch buffet or something, and thus I have to pay an additional $6.50 to use during dinner, otherwise the voucher will go to waste. Im sure they are not just allowed to change the conditions like that or something, and should I be entitled to a refund or something? I emailed them and all they are saying back to me is that I missed the email or something! Thank youu :)
You should be entitled to either accept the changed condition or get a refund.
Your problem now will be that you've waited until after the voucher to expire to complain. You should have done that in first instance.
