[REEARTH] Ringke Fusion Google Nexus 5 Case with Free Screen Protector USD $5.99+USD $4.49 Shipping

360

The Reearth Ringke Fusion case for Nexus 5 comes with a free premium HD clear screen protector.
I am currently using this with my Nexus 5, and it is great!

It comes in other colours, but Black seems to be the cheapest.
Other colours:
Gray - $6.99
Mint - $6.99
Crimson Red - $8.99
Crystal View (Clear) - $7.99

Please read the page and specifications before making a purchase. There is a Nexus 4 case hidden in the list, so don't click the wrong one (the Nexus 4 case is the most expensive at $11.99, and does not come with a free screen protector)

PRICE IS IN USD

Shipping is $4.49 and can take up to 2 weeks (for normal/no tracking), 5 days (for expedited/with tracking).
Please note that you are required to create an account to make a purchase.

Speculating that the Nexus 6 may be released around October (based on the release date of the Nexus 5 last year), the Nexus 5 might also drop in price like its predecessor (the Nexus 4)

I've got this case, and its great. Dropped it plenty of times but phone is still like brand new. Only neg is that a lot of dust gets through and is visible through the clear plastic back of the case

    • I don't get any dust in mine's back, but the dust do collect around the port-holes of the headphone jack, and the speakers.

    • I actually recently stopped using this case for similar reasons. Not only the dust, but any scratches and marks show clearly on my black phone through the plastic. I also started getting bumps on the inside of the plastic (potentially through minor shocks on the back 'pushing' in on the inside?), which started creating marks on my phone over time.

The quality of the case is solid, but I think the plastic window causes more problems than it solves.

Edit: Example photo here and here.

      • Weird. I've never actually dropped my phone yet, with or without the case on.
Maybe yours is mildly defected? :P

Great case, paid $20 for it back in Nov and it took 6weeks to get here.

  • have the iPhone version, awesome case.. never had one come close to it in build quality and design

  • got 1 for my iphone 5, very good case. not bulky either like a lot of other cases

  • Shipping takes forever…. Usually about 1-2months

  • Hmm…should I have waited…I ended up getting Spigen one for $17.

I don't seem to be able to change the country of delivery except the US. Or am I doing it wrong?

If it doesnt work for you on site, you can try their eBay siteThe prices are similar.

Good price, good case. I've used it and it's pretty comfy, though you will need to spend a minute or two sanding down the front corner edge - it's kinda sharp but easily fixed. I stopped using it after a few months though because I much prefer the slimmer phone with no case.

  • I find this one even better: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/251587947308

Better value, more flexible, works as a stand as well.

Note: it has 2 parts - day to day I only use part one - which is a similar shape to the Ringke, weighs only 20g and is very sturdy.

The second part can be used as belt clip. Or you can put your phone in with the sceen side inwards, so you can have a complete cover. Perfect when I just throw it into my backpack while travelling. And it works as a stand - perfect for watching a YouTube movie and having your hands free.

All for US$ 3.98 delivered. I could not be happier.

  • Are their screen protectors any good?

    • I'm not sure.

^ this itself is a bargain as they usually hover around the $12 mark.

Personally think it's better than the more expensive Spigen GLAS.tr having used both.

i have the slim version for the nexus 4. Great rubbery feel so you don't drop your phone and plus its very thin. best case I've ever had.

  • Very good brand. I've one (RIngke Fusion) for my Nexus 4.
It's made in South Korea so you can trust the quality, unlike other ones that tend to be cheap and made in China.
It's also designed to look like it's part of your phone; people don't recognise that there's a case on it, and it looks solid.

Looks like a clone of the Spigen Ultra Hybrid, I have the Spigen and it is pretty decent.

    • Spigen Ultra Hybrid is wholly transparent, which I think it's a lot nicer.

  • Had problems with the site as well, bought two off eBay just now for ~$25.50.

Figured it's still good value for the case and the protector.
