JV -Honestly i don't know the RRP,hence not in title

  • +1

Available on their eBay store for $9.99 with free delivery using the free shipping code: CSHIP4FREE

    • Could someone tell me if this code valid right now? I don't want to commit and find out I can't use it.

      • Never mind. Bought two with the code. Hope it'll still fit a 46" TV!

  • what to do with cables when mounted TV? i cant punch hole in my solid wall

    • +2

      Ducting.

    • Brick or concrete? Brick then angle grinder to embed ducting in wall, patch up with mesh and plaster, repaint

  • Can I install this on not solid brick type of wall? The type you find in the apartments and new units

    • Look for the studs (timber frame) fix to that

      • or use plaster screws which will support your tv weight.

        • Thats what I did. I have a 60" plasma mounted to our apartment wall that has metal studs so I just used 4x plaster screws and seems to have done the job well touches wood

  • VESA compliance: 800 x 500 max

does that mean it will mount an old 100x100 monitor/tv?

    • +1

more likely yes, as it appears that there are many hole in the vertical rails. However, how big is the TV/monitor? You don't want the fixing brackets to be bigger than your monitor and as such be exposed.

      • oh you are right, it is only a 19" monitor.

  • Doesn't appear to have any tilt mechanism, so TV will need to be mounted quite low on the wall. With a tilt mechanism the TV can be mounted a bit higher on the wall and tilt down towards the viewer.

Prop it off the wall with some washers as spacers, paint the black to match

      • you won't be able to prop it off the wall that easy as you will need to pack out around 30-40mm at the top, which would result in the bottom of the TV rubbing against the wall. Far easier to buy a proper tiltable bracket from Selby Acoustics for around $20 then save a few bucks and hoping it works out.

  • Bought one. Thanks OP.

  • I am having no luck with free shipping coupon…

    • Because it expired at 23:59 (AEST) on August 16th 2014
