Finally Allen Carr book did the job for me.. 2nd month off smokes with no craving!
Same for my wife. She tried everything including hypnotherapy. Nothing worked. Read Dr carr's bool, 8 years now and the mere thought of smoking makes her sick.
Another for Allen Carr here, smoked 20 years, have been off 2 years next week. I quit before finishing the book.

these patches really worked for me. But you have to persist. At first, they're really hard to roll up, and it's a real bugger to light them
Or you could vape & enjoy the sensation of smoking and that sweet, sweet nicotine without the disgusting taste & aroma of cigarettes, for a fraction of the price.
Yep if the nicorette doesn't work then i'd recommend vaping. Vaping on that sweet Five Pawns juice as we speak, this stuff kicks ash. :)
