Both are the exact same pen camera. So it really comes down to where you want to get it from. I got my pen camera from Dealextreme.
Also, the Pen lasts 1-2 hours on full charge, 4GB gives 16 hours of video/audio. So its pretty clear you don't need the 8GB version as you would need to charge it 8-16 times just to fill up 4GB. You can however use the pen as a USB Drive.
