      What you mean is that buying this Australian Market model gives the buyer the two year consumer guarantee - as well as the one year warranty from Apple Australia.

      The model sold by Kogan HK P/L had a one year international warranty - which is honored by Apple Australia.

    That deal was a few weeks ago and it is now back to normal price and sold out

    If you cannot find anything else cheaper than this then is an irrelevant neg.

  Regarding the "Lowest Price Guarantee".

  If one went to BigW and said that OfficeWorks would sell it for $279.30 - would BigW then beat that price?

      I was thinking more of still buying from BigW as they were the ones that started the bargain off - but still getting at least the OfficeWorks 'Price Beat' price.

        Officeworks are very particular in their price matching t&c's. Must be in stock at the place they are price matching (they usually call up) and must be catalogue'd or on a website iirc (so no haggling/verbal discounts etc).
