Hey, saw this deal on cheap shark for nba 2k13 for $5, Ive tried hola unblocker and with my real adress and then a fake american adress and both paypal and my CC and nothing works. Would be a steal and cheapest its been if I could get it working but have hit a brick wall. Im very novice at proxies/vpn so any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried opening a US Paypal account and paying with that? That's how I top-up my US PSN account.
Just transfer the funds from your AUS one to the US one. You can always send it back if it doesn't work and should only be out a few cents.
it could be your paypal or CC actually. When you use VPN or proxy, the IP range will be quite different from what Paypal or CC normally have in their system.
Your paypal picks up that the IP now originates from US (since you use US ip to work around the game) instead of Australia.
