bad experiences come with flying unfortunately.

20% off is not applied to the lowest fare, but premium eco and business class. No deal for me.
"All seats and all flights" implies otherwise.
Some days it does, other days it doesn't. I tried to book 8th Oct - 18th Oct and outbound was regular price but the return flight was marked as "20% off".
Garuda was still cheaper for the same days though.

Thought I paid more for my return ticket last week but after I checked it was cheaper without the 20% off at promo price. I think the price is +40% and then -20%

I've been watching two flights for the past three weeks and they are all the same price today.

Were did you get yoursYeah, this seems like spam. I've been looking at flights to Osaka from Perth on a daily basis in the hopes of finding something cheap. Checked the flights today for December 5th Perth -> Osaka and it is $50 more expensive. Go figure.
Theoretically, if I depart 14 Dec and return 2 weeks later, do I qualify for cheap fare? Or does return flight have to be completed by then?
Can't remember exact figures but I'm pretty sure prices for a flight I'm looking at in November are more expensive now even with the 20% off than they were when I looked at the flights less than a month ago.
After a bit of researching i fail to see the deal here.
I made a search for a flight to Singapore Depart 13/9 - Return 23/9 and this is what i got.

The 20% off promo applies to base fare only and is not applicable during embargo period.

I've been keeping an eye out on airasia flights, and it looks they have increased the fares by 20% to only then discount them by 20%. So it's the same price as original.
Not sure about Malaysia, but in Australia, that's illegal.
