I bought a new phone on a plan with Vodafone online about 6 weeks ago and made sure to use a cashback site. I can't remember if it was Starthere or Cashrewards but I definitely did use it. Problem is, I can't seem to find any trace of my transaction and both of these cashback sites don't even have Vodafone anymore. What's going on? Am I missing something? Cheers.
I could be wrong but in order to receive the cashback, your transaction needs to show up in your account at one of these websites under Tracked Transactions or something similar.
Vodafone removed all cash back offers as they chose to offer the savings to everyone not just those who are registered on cash back sites
i dont see the savings … anyway, store reps get commission, so help a friend out if you have any working at vodafone~ :D
It takes a while but you'll get it eventually. Mine took 8 weeks
