More than likely leaked MSDN or Chinese-market keys.

FAQs mention they're not authorised to sell anyway.

The site was registered in October 2012.
I believe that Microsoft would be pretty good at getting a
"In response to a complaint we received under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act,… " in place.
