Vaya-Live Connected

I've just received an email from Live connected who are once again trying to increase my plan by sneakily adding a price freeze plan for 9.90!per month so my monthly plan doesn't change. If this isn't an increase I don't know what is. Last time they tried to increase the plan costs for long term customers the was an outcry on this forum. Please show the same rage again thanks Jassy

    I also got this message.

    This will take my $12 plan, to $22.

    The plan includes $500 of calls & 1.5GB of data.

    I'm thinking of switching to Vaya, at $4 less per month. Included is $650 of calls & 1.5GB data.

    My only concern is that they bill per KB- is that correct?

    Do LiveConnected also do that?

    Yep we got the email too. we have 3 services with them, so increase of $30 per month is a bit ridiculous. probably going to switch to vaya as well
