Just curious, how long does it take for optiontown to refund on a failed attempt at a flight upgrade?
They said they processed the refund on saturday and I still haven't got it back yet.
Is this normal?

mine took about a week I think.
Never had a problem with them. I have had many refunds. Don't panic. Always good to hold onto your boarding pass in case there is a dispute to show that you did not get your option.
