EDIT - As pointed out only ONE credit can be used per transaction which almost kills the deal.
So probably best way to do it is buy one credit of $15 (get free movie voucher) and use it on the Havianas and just pay shipping.

yep fair enough the deal was meant to be better but as pointed out deal fell flat :(
