On a typical rental property rented out at $600 a week you would be paying the property management company around $3000 plus other charges such as admin and letting fees.
Maybe they need some help with maths too…
$600 x 52 = $31200
10% = $3120
$3120 > $3000Maths seems OK to me.
$3000 fees is per week…

For anyone looking for a free(ish) software to manage rentals check out Landlord Enterprise, it is free for 2 properties and you pay a one time fee of $249 it is I think for unlimited properties.
Why do we need to provide tenants with professions ???
