Great deal, 1-Day has really picked up on the sorts of products being offered, there used to be a time all you could buy there was obscure New Zealand clothing labels. I hope they keep up the variety and pricing they have now.

  • Just ordered one, thanks!
By the way, the price in Amazon is about US$25.

  • I just ordered 2 of them so that's $22 each. Great deal.

  • Just ordered 4 (OK, I ordered 2 & my oldest son ordered 2). Nice little set of simple tools to have in your pocket without much weight.

  • Great deal and seems fairly practical (even then pen). Gives me a reason to feel MacGyver-ish.

  • Very nice. I bought 2 for my friend and me.

    • Because they are based in New Zealand.

    Good price, and perfect timing.

OO.com.au had the Leatherman AX for $140 yesterday which was also a good pocket tool deal. Its back to $200 today.

    • AX? Do you mean the AL? or the CX?

      • AL sorry

  • What's the go with the website? I can't see the buy button and it seems to be loading perpetually.
Same deal with IE8 and FF3.5

Edit: found the buy button. Just move your mouse directly across from the Why Pay $68.95 text until your cursor changes to a hand on the Add to shopping basket button.

edit edit: nvm, no credit card :( Guess I miss out.

  • Is it just me or is there no buy link anywhere?

Edit: NVM got it. None of the Buy, Shipping Policy, Email to Friend graphics show for me.

  • A must be a wino because the missing thing on this is a corkscrew.
How many times have you been somewhere and soomeone produces a decent bottle of red but stupidly has no corkscrew in the house? :) Maybe it's just me!

Anyway, +ve for this deal and the site
(after I learned to use the invisible links!)

    Cheers,
    Bizi

    • Don't most bottles come as screw tops nowadays?

      • That's the trouble! People assume that because MOST 'new' wine is in screwcaps, that the corkscrew can be lost. Wrong! A lot of 2004 even 2005 vintage reds are still in cork and they are often ready for drinking now. Not to mention everything good, older than 5yrs.

After ransacking the office, no luck recently and a few of us rued this assumption - and it's a beginner's mistake to bring wine anywhere (with a cork) and not bring a corkscrew 'just in case'. :)

Happily, hotels still have them in their rooms. :)
