Free calculator app for IOS. The benefit of this app is that it is add free.
Ive been waiting for a free basic calc app for iPad for some time, but all the others out there have annoying ads or something else that would not make the app suitable for usage as a basic calculator.
App will only be free for a limited time.
i got my first ipad on monday and after setting it up, immediately felt something was missing. the damn calculator!
The one thing missing from an iPad is a basic calculator and this one fits the bill.

While not free at the moment comes free regularity and I can highly recommend it. Just an alternative.

Wow, this is super basic, not even a single memory.
im not sure exactly why, I think learning how to use the memory function would be both easy and very useful but i'll never do it and if i ever do press a memory button i press C about 5 times just to undo any sorcery i just performed.

Forgive me as I don't own any iOS devices: is there a calculator on phone versions and not tablets or something?
Yes this is correct, iPhones and iPod Touch come with a calculator from Apple, which is is good one to use and is ad free. The original calculator in the very first IOS worked very well with the round buttons. iPads do not come with a calculator, which is a shame as a calculator gets a lot of use.

They stuffed up basic mathematical order of operations.

Bloody useless then. The majority of my calculations are addition, then subtraction and occasionally multiplication.
EDIT: just downloaded. Can confirm it has add button. I assume the OP meant ad free ie. advertisement free.
