I purchased a kids quad bike with no charger and it says it needs a ac 240v 50hz dc 6v charger anyone tell where best and cheapest place to buy in store or online etc looked on one site they was asking $30 for one surely not for this based in w.a.

what is the best way to get the right charger and best price for one as would not want to buy one and find its no use or the quad i go does not work as i paid only $15 not used hust missing charger.
Take it to Jaycar. They can test and recommend what you need including a new battery if needed.
you will find it hard to get the charger that matches the connector that you have on the quad bike…this is my opinion only… you can find the chargers on ebay starting from $2… here is the link
if you choose to buy item from china or hongkong then it will probably take between 3 and 8 weeks to arrive.. i am sure your kids wouldnt like to wait for that long… i would personally invest in the chargers(make sure the pins match before you pay $30)….
