Translation in Korean - Help needed

Just wondering if there is anyone here who can read Korean and help me in translating the details in English:

I need to know the correct beneficiary name, because I wrote "Winlux" as Beneficiary but it was rejected by their local bank saying "Incorrect name of beneficiary".

If anyone could translate the whole thing for me, that would be much appreciated.

    It says you need to provide a real name in full.

    Yes but I would like to know if the real name is written in that snapshot that I have attached.

    Nope. Real name should be written in the space provided where WINLUX is currently written. You need to get the real name from this guy.

    실명확인필 under the stamp translates to "Requires real name confirmation". There is no real name in the photo other than "winlux"

    I would ask the supplier to provide the real name however they have problem understanding English and take forever to respond. I will give it a try.
