      If this is the incidence we remember correctly this was an issue with the domain itself and not our hosting :) Our servers have never been down for 4 days

    I've found them to be fine, the only down time i've seen was from a ddos which was mitigated within 15-20 mins.

    A good cheap offering from 9web but if you need FREE hosting with not quite as many 'unlimited' options, keep Servers Australia in mind as they have free hosting for 'personal', 'business' and 'charity' users.

    I am hosting with doteasy at the moment and just renew my domain .com for 2 years last week expire August 2016. My hosting term finish at the end of this month. If I transfer hosting to you I need to transfer my domain to you as well right ?

    You mention to transfer domain cost $10.00 comes with a year or renewal . So how does this work form me if I transfer domain to you.

      Will be best if you gain access to your own domain, therefore when you switch hosting it can be as easy as changing the DNS entry to point to the new hosting company.

    Every time somebody puts a noun or phrase inbetween quotation marks or something similar, I assume it's an euphemism, cheap fake or a poor title.

    Thus "get our 'professional hosting' deal" sounds dodgy.
