I assume you buy them for the protein content. Do you eat them in addition to protein powder, or in lieu of? Which is more economical, bars or powder?

Second this! I get pretty much everything supplement-wise from iHerb except for WPI/WPC, pre-workout and creatine - pick these up from bulk nutrients/ bulkpowders (when they have their Friday specials).

in general, be careful with supplements. they are not regulated like medicines and you don't really know what you are consuming.

I'm not phoning my bank - too much effort.If you want my business, I can tell you option 1 what the amount is in AUD on my account.

I had this issue too, go to your statement and check the the $AUD charged,then go to your order total on iherb it by the order total which is in USD.
That'll give you the exchange rate which you just times by the small amount on your bank statement and you should have it, if it doesnt work go up and down 1 cent. Worked for me.
Their card verification procedure is retarded,
I placed my order, put all my credit card details in, got the authorization code from Commbank
But it's won't accept the code or something, when I put the code in and click "verify" it just refreshes the page and doesn't seem to do anything
I just purchased B12 supplements. $15 deliveray for 2 bottles. Can't complain when 1 cost $20 in the shops.
