Not consistently.. every once in a blue moon when Dan Murphy's isn't happy with its suppliers it will import beer itself directly just to flex its muscle. A few years back they had heaps of Asahi in aluminium bottles imported direct from Japan.
The imported beers are so much better….wish we can get more Jap beers here!
Also Singha 6 pack @ $9.99. Much better beer than the elephant piss (Chang) that has been floating around OzB lately.
Need to check if the Tsingtao they are selling is the one we normally get…I remember buying some and it tasted like water (similar to American beer)…something with the label on the neck- ettason or something.
Nothing beats their Stella clone for $29 a slab. Saint Eteiant or something. Great price, great Beer!
