Looking for a new phone plan…sim only preferably to keep cost down.
Just wondering if there any networks that offer unlimited data and or unlimited txt and or unlimited social networking?

how much data do you chew each month ? I struggle to use even 1gb/month.
Yeah work out how much data you actually need and go from there..
There's no provider offering an Unlimited plan for data on 3G/4G.Thanks for your help guys, I decided to go with optus $2 days
Lycamobile for $30, unlimited calls+text with 2GB's of data, crap customer service though
Optus for $45, unlimited calls+text with 2GB's of data charged per kilobyte
I don't think you'll be able to find a plan with unlimited data in Australia unfortunately.
Closest I could find was this pre-paid plan which is $2/day but gives you 500mb/day (and if you go over it automatically charges another $2 and gives you another 500mb) which is I think the best value data-wise. The max you can get would be $120/month for 30gb. It also gives unlimited calls and texting.
In regards to unlimited social networking, Optus and Amaysim both offer options there (though the Optus plan isn't the same one as above, so you don't get the 500mb/d)
In regards to unlimited texting, I think there are lots of telcos which have that option.
