Ran into this at Bunnings Vic Park. 3 way mixer and 2 stage filter (with tap) for $150 clearance , 4 boxes left after I grabbed one.

Package contents indicate a very very straight forward install.

What's the life span of the filters?
Does the tap swivel? ( for a double bowl sink)

  Swivels and filters last 12 months. Installed mine last night took 20 min to remove the previous mixer took 5 to iinstall new. Filter assembly was a cinch you need a shifter and a knife.
  
  Water tastes great. The pressure reduction valve is a little slow for my liking about 15 seconds for a 250ml glass.
  
  All in all very very happy
